  1. Check Your Internet Connection

    • Wi-Fi or Ethernet: Ensure your device is connected to the internet. Look for the Wi-Fi symbol or Ethernet connection icon on your device.

      • For Windows 10 you can check your internet connection status by Select the Start button, then select Settings > Network & Internet > Status

      • For Windows 11 you can check your internet connection status by Select the Start button, then type settings. Select Settings > Network & internet.

    • Restart Router/Modem: Unplug your router/modem, wait for about a minute, and plug it back in. Wait for the lights to stabilize and then try accessing the website again.

  2. Try a Different Device or Browser

    • Different Browser: Sometimes, the issue might be with your web browser. Try accessing the site using a different browser (like Chrome, Firefox, or Edge).

    • Different Device: Try using a different device, like another computer, tablet, or smartphone, to see if the issue is with your primary device.

  3. Restart Your Device

    • Restart Computer/Device: A simple restart of your computer or device can resolve unexpected glitches.

  4. Contact Your Internet Service Provider (ISP)

    • If none of the above steps work, there might be an issue with your internet service. Contact your ISP for assistance.
