After clicking on the filter button next to the search field, a list of filtering options will appear in a small pop-over window. You can adjust the filter by clicking on the desired criteria and selecting one or more of the filtering options from the drop-down. The filters can be removed entirely by clicking on the red Clear all link at the top right hand corner of the pop-over.

The filtering options include:

  • Branches: you can select 1 or more branches and only show orders that were placed for that branch/those branches.

  • Status: this filter enables you to restrict the order list view to only those currently in a provided status (e.g: only show “unverified” orders).

  • Agent: you can also filter orders by their assignment status (only show assigned or unassigned orders).
