The first step to start using the Vendor Console is to open the application (after downloading it from the Apple AppStore or Google Play Store) and enter the email address and password for the branch.
The email address and password for logging in is configured on a per-branch basis via the Staff Accounts page under the Foodkit Admin portal. If you have access to the Foodkit Admin you can reset existing passwords or create new accounts from the Staff Accounts page. If you do not have access to the Foodkit Admin you should reach out to technical support or your manager to set/update the email address and password.
Enter the configured email address and password for the relevant branch into the two input fields and press Sign In. If the credentials were entered correctly you will be logged-in after a short delay. You will receive an error message if the email address or password are incorrect.
Important: Allow push notifications
When you sign in for the first time a confirmation message will appear prompting you to Allow push notifications. It’s important you select Allow, as the Foodkit system will use push notifications to notify you in real-time when new orders are received. If push notifications are not allowed there may be some delay in receiving alerts for incoming orders.
If you’ve forgotten or do not have access to the email address and/or password configured for the branch, you should reach out to technical support or your manager to have the credentials reset.
